It was the last meeting of our after school Science Club this term but you all have the opportunity to continue Science through our “Science at Home” link – please see below.

SCIENCE AT HOME

Follow the link below to try out an amazing science investigation at home:

You could keep an electronic journal of what you have done, take some photographs and record

your results and conclusions like we do in school. What have you found out? Research the scientific principles behind your investigation.

It was the first of our Autumn Parent Evenings on Thursday, November 28th.  Sent out with our reports was our revised “Attitude to Interdependence”. This was devised in consultation with children and parents.  The criteria goes together with our Interdependence Award that looks to recognise the excellent work done by our children both in and out of the classroom.  I enclose copies of both criteria. Thank you to all the parents who attended our consultation event on November 6th. We always looks to revise and alter our curriculum and there will be further events in the future.  If you have any thoughts on the enclosed criteria or on any other aspects of our curriculum please don’t hesitate to get in touch – we would welcome your thoughts and ideas as we are always seeking to further improve what we do.
